Position: Director
Dr. Hering is a geologist with over 30 years of diversified technical and managerial experience in mineral exploration and corporate development worldwide. He was instrumental in two major gold discoveries in Latin America, each exceeding 3 million ounces. He has experience in all aspects of exploration, corporate development, management, strategic planning and new program design and implementation. Dr. Hering previously worked in senior positions (1978-1997) for both Noranda Exploration and Placer Dome Inc. worldwide. From 1997 to 1999 he was Vice President Corporate Acquisitions for Bema Gold Corporation, and in 2006, held the position of Senior V. P. Exploration and Business Development for Rio Narcea Gold Mines. He is now an independent consultant and a Director of several other public companies. Recently he was responsible for the acquisition of the Hammond Reef gold project (Brett Resources) which now hosts a resource of 6.7 million ounces. Additionally, while working for Noranda in 1985 at Hog Ranch, he developed an exploration model which led to discovery of two new zones of mineralization -- both of which have now been mined.

Position: Director
Mr. Freeman is a geological engineer and is currently General Manager and Principal of Downing Teal Inc. He has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in the resource industries serving in technical, management and executive positions with large and small resource companies. Mr. Freeman is a recognized advocate of the junior mining sector and is a regular speaker at international mining and investment conferences.

Position: Director
Mr. Savell is a geologist based in Oakville, Ontario, who has worked in the field of mineral exploration for over 29 years, primarily with Noranda Inc. and Falconbridge Ltd., where he was Principal Geologist. He is currently Senior Geologist for Seabridge Gold Inc.

Position: Director
Mr. Barley has been involved as a corporate finance consultant and as a director and investor in several private and public business ventures since 1997. Mr. Barley's clients have included a number of publicly traded companies involved in the business of mineral exploration. His current position is as President and Chief Executive Officer of Calypso Uranium Corp.

Position: Director
Mr. Lau has over 14 years of experience in investment research and corporate finance. He is currently Vice President, Corporate Finance of Baron Group Canada. Mr. Lau is an experienced investment banking professional who has conducted transactions in initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and various advisory services. Aside from his practice in corporate finance, Mr. Lau also has experience as a finance executive in publicly traded and private companies. His industry practice involves developing financing strategy, liaising with external parties, devising business development plans and maintaining compliance with corporate governance.

Position: Director
Mr. Searcy is a registered Professional Geologist in BC with over 15 years of international experience, in various roles, within the mining industry. Mr. Searcy is currently the President and a Director of Auryx Gold Corp. He is the former President, CEO, & Founder of Luna Gold Corp and former V.P. Business Development & Founder of Nautilus Minerals Inc. Early in his career, Mr. Searcy was an exploration geologist focused on grass roots mineral exploration. After obtaining a business degree, Mr. Searcy served in Treasury and Corporate Development roles for Placer Dome Inc., from which he moved on to executive roles in junior mining companies. Along with his professional designation, Mr. Searcy holds an MSc in Geology and an MBA, both from the University of Toronto.
