He has been employed as a Stock Broker in New York City, Toronto and Vancouver, and has extensive knowledge of both local and international financial markets. Tom Wilson is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 28 years of corporate experience in the areas of financial management for Public and Private Companies with an emphasis on corporate governance, government and securities compliance. He also coordinates activity with various government programs such as Industry Canada TPC and NRC - IRAP funding, and SR&ED claims. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in corporate restructuring and financings. Tom has worked in the high tech industry with MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc; the biotech industry with CellFor Inc; the forest products industry with MacMillan Bloedel Limited; and in the public education sector with the Quest University in Squamish, British Columbia.

| | | GEORGE R. CAVEY, B.Sc., P.Geo. Position: Director
Mr. Cavey is a consulting geologist with over 30 years experience, since 1982 he has been the President of OreQuest Consultants, a company providing geological consulting to resource companies, both public and private. Mr. Cavey has been responsible for the examination and evaluation of numerous properties in North, Central and South America and Africa; implementation and management of all aspects of exploration programs including research, geophysical surveys, diamond drilling reserve definition and underground development. He has authorized or been involved in, the writing of more than 300 geological reports for Canadian junior resource companies' prospectus and/or public financing documents. He is a past President of the Canadian Council of Professional Geoscientists and the 2004 recipient of the C.J. Westerman Memorial Award. This recognition is the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC) primary award for professional geoscience. Mr. Cavey has served on the Canadian Securities Administrators Mining Technical Monitoring and Advisory Committee and still acts a consultant to the BCSC with respect to NI43-101 issues. Mr. Cavey is an officer and/or director five other public companies.

| | | DAVID RHYS, M. Sc., P. Geo. Position: Director
Mr. Rhys is a consulting structural geologist based in Vancouver, Canada. As a partner in Panterra Geoservices Inc., Mr. Rhys is an experienced consultant specializing in structural controls on mineral deposits and their application to exploration, mining and mine site grade control. His expertise has been conducted for both major and junior mining companies in global exploration and mine environments, covering a wide range of deposit types, including many world class gold deposits. His experience also includes extensive work on uranium deposits in the Athabasca basin of Saskatchewan for Cameco and UEX Corporation. Mr. Rhys has also been involved in exploration advisory roles to several junior mining companies.

Mr. Fretwell graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1979 with his Bachelor of Laws degree. Since that time, Mr. Fretwell has been a practicing solicitor in the City of Vancouver, primarily in areas of resource and securities law. In addition, Mr. Fretwell is a Director or Officer of various publicly traded companies including Pure Valley Mining Corporation, Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd, International Royalty Corp, Keegan Resources Corp, Continental Minerals Corp, and Benton Resources Corp.
